Perception decks are on the 88th and 89th floors, with an outside deck on the 91st story opened on a few events, climate allowing. Try not to miss the huge gold hued iron wind damper that keeps the tower stable through storms and seismic tremors.
In the storm cellar is a conventional nourishment court, and the initial five stories are taken up by one of Taipei's swankiest shopping centers. When you read this the Taipei 101/World Trade Center MRT station ought to have opened. Generally get off at Taipei City Hall and walk.
